Who are we?
Benons Catering is a growing caterer with specific emphasis on quality and value. In our short time since our start in 2008, we’ve managed to establish ourselves as a fine caterer delivering hot and cold food to a variety of locations including office and venue locations, educational institutions and celebrations venues among others.
What we do?
Our core business is ‘cold’ buffet lunches and same day buffets for 6+ people. We regularly provide catering for seminars, training sessions, film shoots, evening events, canapé receptions etc. We do provide both hot and cold food and can even help with staffing both waiters and chefs.
As well as our set menus, we offer ‘daily’ menus for multi-day meetings with menus which change daily e.g. Monday Training Menu, Tuesday Sandwich Lunch, Wednesday Value Lunch, Thursday field trip lunch, Friday end of seminar dinner etc.
Who are our customers?
We have a wide range of clientele base predominantly in the Greater Manchester Area. These include some of the high street chains, professional firms, corporate businesses, SME’s, conference centres, Membership Associations, educational institutions and hospitals. We’ve also catered for many private parties and celebrations including anniversaries, and birthday parties.
Do we design bespoke menus?
Oh Yes – we appreciate many of our clients have specific menu requirements and we’ve always been happy to tailor our menus for our clients. Combining our current menus works well too though for many of our customers.
What makes us unique from other catering companies?
We appreciate we are in a highly competitive environment with some high quality caterers. However being relatively new and yet seeing an ever increasing clientele base on our books, we are sure our uniqueness has struck a cod with many of our clients, new and repeat ones.
(1) We provide a variety in our ‘Daily Menu’ for multiple day catering as well as our set menus.
(2) We believe our presentation is of a high quality because we work so hard for it and the reviews are very encouraging. We deliver food in superior recyclable plastic platters and served without fuss or mess straight to your tables. We even take time to lay it out for our clients at no extra cost whatsoever.
(3) We pride in our vast experience in ‘event’ catering that is constantly winning us repeat business; from design of menus to the presentation of food and the chefs and waiters we provide at client sites, we endeavour to keep a high quality of work ethic.
How do I order?
Ordering with Benons catering couldn’t be any easier. Just visit our website, register and order online. With our advanced ordering system, we’ve made it easy to manage orders seamlessly. Track, comment, cancel or manage your orders under your account the way you want to. View past orders and make your wishlist. Do you have minimum orders?
Yes. £18 from our daily menus, while some of our menus require minimum orders for 6+ people. We do offer free delivery in Greater Manchester area.
What are your deadlines for ordering, cancellations etc?
Using your online account, you can order, amend or cancel up to 5.30pm on the business day before the day of delivery. We will advise you of any restrictions to this service for special or large orders.
What about delivery times?
When you place an order, please allow a 2 hour window and within ‘Special Instructions’ you can ask for a particular delivery time. We will try and accommodate you as best as we can. Please give us a call, it could be sooner than you thought.
