Ordering freshly prepared food is easy and we deliver your order direct to your door
1.    Register with us now or log in if you’ve already registered
2.    Select the menu or menu items you wish to order
3.    Choose your delivery date
4.    Proceed to checkout – all your details will auto fill
5.    Submit
6.    Track your order with your order ID any time
We will send confirmation of your order to the e-mail address you have provided
At Benons catering we appreciate the pressures of life today and understand some situations may be beyond your control. As a result we offer a flexible service - allowing you to cancel* your order or make amendments* to it up to 5.30pm on the business day before the delivery day.

Order Amendments

Orders may not be amended on the day of delivery. Where possible, we always try to accommodate specific amendments when we can. Orders may only be amended up to 5.30pm on the business day (i.e. Monday – Friday) before the day of delivery. To amend your order – please log in to your account and make your amendment online. We will send you an email confirming we’ve received your amendments**.

Cancellation Policies

Online Cancellations

Cancellation up to 5.30pm the business day before day of delivery (i.e. Monday – Friday) before the delivery day. To cancel – please log in to your account and cancel online.

Cancellation of Confirmed Events

Up to £500.00 excluding vat - 48 Hours/2 business days required.
£501.00 - £1000.00 excluding vat - 72 Hours/3 business days required.
Over £1000.00 excluding vat - 120 Hours/5 business days required.

Delivered directly to you

We can guarantee a prompt delivery direct to your nominated premises. There is a choice of timeslots to ensure you get your order when you need it and always remember Benons Catering are fine delivering in out of office hours.
We currently only deliver to Greater Manchester area and parts of Cheshire FREE
