Our team of qualified chefs arrive and set up at a pre-arranged time, normally around six to eight hours before serving time your hog can slow roast to best perfection. We locally source the finest free range pigs, lamb and meats from farms across North west. We prepare the meat for roasting by scoring and salting the skin then basting with our unique sage and rosemary marinade, we also inject with apple juice to make for an amazing flavour and succulent meat. It is then cooked on a very high heat for the first half hour for perfect crispy crackling and then turned to a low heat to slow roast. The meat is allowed to be rested and then carved by one of our chefs and served straight to your plate. The smell and taste of our unique product will keep your guests coming back for more.
